2.1. Eligibility: To register for a place at one of our clubs/camps, you must be between the ages of 5 - 12 years of age and have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2.2. Registration Process: The booking process requires accurate and complete information. Brick Legends Ireland is not responsible for any inaccuracies provided during the booking process.

2.3. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

3.1. Currency: All prices are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payment Methods: Brick Legends Ireland operates a 'Book Now - Pay Later' system. Payments must be made in full on the first day of the club/camp.

4.1. Cancellation by Attendee: No cancellations or refunds will be granted for any reason. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

4.2. Cancellation by Brick Legends Ireland: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Brick Legends Ireland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the LEGO Club event. Attendees will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or accept a full refund.

5.1. Respect: Children are expected to treat fellow participants, staff and property with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the LEOG® club/camp without a refund. 5.2. Safety: All children must adhere to safety guidelines provided by Brick Legends Ireland.

6.1. Personal Information: Brick Legends Ireland is committed to protecting your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its Privacy Policy, available on its website. (https://gdpr-info.eu/)

6.2. Data Security: Personal data will be processed securely, and appropriate measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

6.3. Data Retention: Brick Legends Ireland will retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of communicating with you or as required by law.

6.4. Removal of Personal Data: If you wish to have your personal data removed from our database, please email gdpr@bricklegends.ie requesting removal. All requests will be handled within 48 hours of receipt of email.
