Jane's extensive background in childcare and early education, coupled with Stephen's over 25 years experience in software R&D and product management including educational technology, creates a unique synergy dedicated to fostering STEM-based creativity, imagination and a love for learning.

Brick Legends Ireland has a very simple ethos: Create a place where children can explore, innovate, and develop critical thinking skills through hands-on, imaginative play.

About Jane

With over 25 years of dedicated experience working with children, Jane is a seasoned professional in childcare and early education. Her extensive background includes a formal qualification in childcare, demonstrating her commitment to providing the highest quality of care and education to young children.

Previously, Jane served as the leader of the Baby Unit at Little Hands Creche in Blackpool, where she applied her expertise to nurture and guide the youngest minds. Her role involved not only overseeing daily activities but also ensuring a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for infants to thrive.

Jane's career is further highlighted by her experience as a Teacher Assistant at Ursuline Convent in Blackrock and various other pre-schools and creches across Cork City. These roles have allowed her to develop a broad skill set and adaptability to different educational settings and age groups.

As a mother of five, Jane brings a wealth of personal experience to her professional life, enhancing her understanding and empathy towards both children and parents. Her deep passion for child development and her extensive hands-on experience make her an invaluable asset as the founder of Brick Legends Ireland.

With over 25 years of software R&D expertise, Stephen found his passion in fostering creativity and innovation in children through LEGO. As a seasoned product manager, Stephen brings a wealth of experience in orchestrating captivating LEGO Club experiences that blend learning with fun.

Diving into the colorful world of LEGO, Stephen guides budding engineers and architects through hands-on projects that spark curiosity and critical thinking. From building towering skyscrapers to designing robotic wonders, every LEGO creation is a gateway to endless possibilities.

Stephen's background spans various industries from Educational Technology, Energy, Finance, Sports and Tourism, providing a rich tapestry of inspiration for LEGO Club themes.
