Stephen has spent over 25 years working across software, technology, product development and management, bringing extensive experience in problem-solving, communication and turning ideas into practical outcomes.
As Co-Founder of Brick Legends Ireland, he combines that experience with a lifelong interest in creativity and hands-on learning to design and deliver engaging LEGO® experiences for children, schools, businesses and organisations.
Stephen leads the development and delivery of many of Brick Legends’ programmes, from afterschool clubs, camps and school workshops to large-scale events and bespoke corporate team-building and innovation workshops.
His approach goes beyond simply building with LEGO®. Each experience is designed around a purpose, whether that is encouraging children to experiment and learn, helping teams communicate more effectively, challenging participants to solve problems together, or simply creating a memorable shared experience.
Drawing on his background in technology, product development and business, Stephen particularly enjoys designing structured LEGO® challenges that turn ideas into something physical, encourage collaboration and get people talking.
Whether working with a classroom of children or facilitating a corporate workshop, the principle remains the same: give people the freedom to create, a challenge worth solving and an opportunity to build something together.
